What are my computer system requirements for playing Coursemate Video Lectures?

Coursemateonline products work best with a computer or a laptop computer capable of displaying 32 bit color at a minimum resolution of 1024 pixels by 768 pixels. The Video Lectures and E-book study notes come alongwith an in-built player and no special software is required except following which is a normal standard for every computer system:-

Can I pay fees in installments?

Couremateonline products are priced very nominally and has to be paid onetime only. In fact our prices comes at a fraction of what normal coaching classes charge. You can also take the benefit of offers and discounts announced from time to time.

I have paid my fee but my account is not activated?

The account activation process for download of files start when we receive the payment in our offices or bank account. Normally it takes 24-36 hours before the details of account activation are mailed out. In order to avoid any delay in this process, students should double check that correct particulars of Coursemate Bank Account are mentioned in the pay-in slips. Students should also check with the bank where they deposited the fee and ensure that the credit is given to Coursemate.

Can I get refund of my fee?

Coursemate products offer numerous benefits for assisted and self-study. Any amount paid for Coursemate poducts is non-refundable and once purchased/subscribed, no claim for refund of any amount shall be entertained.

Can I make the payment by personally coming to your office? If I pay fee in your office, will I get the my user name and the password instantly?

You can pay the fee at our administrative offices as well.

User Account activation process takes approximate 24-36 hours after the receipt of fees for any mode of payment. So your account details will be available on your e-mail Id.

Will my personal details be disclosed to anyone?

We value our students and customers. We do not share any of your personal details with any one. So you can be rest assured that your personal details are taken for our administrative purposes only and will never be disclosed to anyone.

How can I get password for playing Video Lectures/ Study Notes?

The Video Lectures and Study Notes come with an in-built player which requires a password based on the Computer on which you will view the files. Please note purchase of any product is licenced for only one computer. Once you have downloaded the files, when you play it for the first time, it will show your Machine-ID and prompt you to enter a password. Please send the Machine-ID displayed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we shall send you your password promptly which can be then used for entire subject files.

I have lost my password. What can I do?

Please note that this request mail should be sent only from the e-mail id given at the time of enrollment. We shall regenerate your password and send it you within 24 hours.

What is the licence period of Coursemate Products? Till how much time my account will be available for download of files?

Any Coursemate product is licenced to be used for 200 days. Similarly, user account will also be available for 200 days from first day of login.

How much time will it take to receive the hard copy of my notes?

Printed Study Material, depending on availability, are normally sent by post/courier within 3-5 working days of receipt of fpayment. The shipping details are also provided to students by e-mail. So students in India can expect to receive the Study Notes within 5-7 working days after payment of fee.

I have purchased Video Lectures with Study Notes in E-Book format but I cannot print the notes. How can I print my notes?

The study notes provided along with Video Lectures are for online viewing only. Printed Study Notes have to be purchased separately, which are available at very nominal prices. Please call Coursemateonline helpline for prices of separate printed study notes.
