Subscription

Payment

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing or subscribing to anything from the Site, any credit information you supply is true and complete, charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company/bank,. Any mis-statement, fraud or false inducement would hold you responsible for legal and penal consequences. Any charges and consequences of bounced cheques would be borne by you.

Coursemateonline.com reserves the right to terminate or make unavailable any access or provision of any services on any misstatement or false information by you.

Modifications and Amendments

Coursemateonline.com reserves the right and has the sole discretion to edit, modify, amend, or delete any document, information or other content appearing on the site.

Governing Law

This site is owned and controlled by Infinity Coursemate Private Limited, India and the laws of India shall be applicable. Any dispute arising shall be submitted to arbitration as per applicable laws. The courts in Chandigarh shall have the jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions, disclaimers and disputes.
